Power dressing purple for this winter.
Purple wool blend skirt suit has the '80s over-sized look, with wide shoulders. The armholes are deep and the wide sleeves are pleated into the buttoned cuffs. There's a large inverted pleat in the back of the jacket, giving plenty of room for ease of movement. The jacket waist is gathered with elastic and ties at the front. One button at the neck if you want to wear the neck closed. The pockets are only decorative and are not usable - faux flaps at the breast.
Below-knee length pencil skirt is on a waistband and has a rear vent. Closes with a zip in the back. Skirt and jacket are both fully lined.
Fabric is 80% wool, 20% nylon - lining is rayon. Made in Australia for Chiquita by Eva Sorrell.

Size - Medium. It fits much larger than the measurements given on the tag. Measurements on the tag would give a very oversized baggy look. Mannequin has bust 87 cm (34")

Condition
Good. There are a number of moth nibbles - not holes. These appear as impressions in the nap of the fabric and are only visible on close inspection. Strangely, one of the shoulder pads has lost its stuffing. Shoulder pads can be easily replaced or removed as the lining is open at the bottom.
